This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“You”) and the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas (“ACLU-TX”), and governs Your access and use of the ACLU Blue™ mobile application, updates, documentation and all content and services provided or viewed by or through that mobile application, as well as Your interactions with the online community of other ACLU Blue™ users (collectively, the “Application”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to You. ACLU-TX and its licensors retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Application. You may find out more about the ACLU Blue™ Application, the online community of other Application users, and related information, FAQs and other materials at http://www.aclutx.org/aclublue.
