This Temporary Guest Accommodations Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned guest (“Guest”) and Drexel University (“University”), acting through its Offices of Retail Management, University Housing, and Residential Living. It sets forth the terms and conditions by which Guest will live in accommodations owned or leased by the University and use campus dining provided by the University. The University agrees to provide Guest with facilities and services at a specific cost. The Guest agrees to use University facilities and services in a manner appropriate to the University’s purpose as a private non-profit institution of higher education. If a Guest breaches any provision of this Agreement, the Guest may be subject to loss of housing, disciplinary action and may be liable for the damages.
