This Exhibit is attached to and made a part of that certain Lease Agreement (the “Lease”), by and between PARCEL 47D LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and VERTEX PHARMACEUTICALS, INCORPORATED, a Massachusetts corporation (“Tenant”).
