This Agreement for Professional Legal Services (“Agreement”) is effective October , 2017 by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP (“Attorneys”). County and Attorneys are sometimes herein referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
