THIS Interlocal Agreement for Fire Services ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the CITY OF BURLESON, a home rule municipality in the State of Texas ("Burleson"), acting by and through Dale Cheatham, its duly authorized City Manager, and the CITY OF CROWLEY, a home rule municipality in the State of Texas ("Crowley"), acting by and through Robert Loftin, its duly authorized City Manager. Burleson and Crowley are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
