These General Provisions of Non-Exclusive Leads Vendor Agreement (“General Provisions”), are entered into by and between Next Wave Marketing Strategies, Inc., with offices located at 15527 Jasmine Place Tustin CA 92782 (“NWMS”), and the business entity identified as the vendor (“VENDOR”) on the Non- Exclusive Leads Vendor Agreement Cover Sheet to which these General Provisions are linked, which is incorporated herein by reference (the “Cover Sheet,” and together with these General Provisions, the “Agreement”). The “Effective Date” set forth on the Cover Sheet shall be deemed the Effective Date of these General Provisions. NWMS and VENDOR may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.” The Agreement sets forth the Parties’ respective rights and obligations concerning NWMS’s purchase, from VENDOR, of: (a) certain personal consumer information and/or business information (collectively, “Consumer Data”); and/or (b) certain leads from VENDOR
