This Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for the mobile remote deposit capture services that Downey Federal Credit Union may provide to you. The words “we,” “us,” “our” and “Credit Union” mean Downey Federal Credit Union. The words “you” or “your” mean each and all those who use the mobile remote deposit capture services. The word “account” means any one or more eligible deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. Our Truth-in-Savings Disclosures & Agreements is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this Agreement and the Truth-in-Savings Disclosures & Agreements, this Agreement will control.
