Pursuant to this agreement Fibersphere Communications, Inc. an Oregon Corporation (“Fibersphere,” “we,” “us,” “our”) will provide you (“you,” “your,” or “Subscriber”) with bulk internet service included in your Homeowners Association Dues (the “Service”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscriber Agreement (this “Agreement”). For purposes of this Agreement, “affiliate” means any entity that con- trols, is controlled by or is under common control with Fibersphere.
