This license agreement ("AGREEMENT") is made between You ("LICENSEE") and AMBIANCE SOUND ("LICENSOR") (collectively the "Parties"). By purchasing this loop kit, you agree to all terms in this license agreement. You guarantee that you are 18 years old or older and of legal age and are authorized to enter into this agreement, or otherwise have your parent or guardian's consent. In exchange for your payment of the license fee ("LICENSE FEE") associated with the sound recordings and compositions in this loop kit, AMBIANCE SOUND grants you a non-exclusive license to use the sound recordings and the underlying compositions for music production. This license permits personal use of the sound recordings and compositions; you do not own them. Music production includes creating original content ("MUSIC") to create a derivative work for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
