This Remote Deposit Service Addendum is an addendum to the UNIFIMONEY Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”) and sets forth the terms and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time (the "Mobile Deposit Terms" or “Terms”), governing your use of UMB’s Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service ("Mobile Deposit Service" or “Service”). These Terms amend and supplement the UNIFIMONEY Customer Agreement and all Service Schedules incorporated therein (the “Customer Agreement”). The Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records provisions of the Customer Agreement apply to these Terms. That means that these Terms will become a part of your Customer Agreement with us when you accept them by clicking on “Agree” at the time you enroll in this Service, or when you use the Mobile Deposit Service for the first time. You must keep a current mobile telephone number and an active email address on file within the UNIFIMONEY Dashboard App and with UMB, and you should check both after you make
