THIS IS AN IMPORTANT LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. This End User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is an agreement between you (either as an individual or the entity that you represent) ("you" or "Licensee") and Calcbench, Inc ("Calcbench") which governs your use of the "Licensed Software" which is comprised of the: (i) Calcbench Engine that is included as part of a web offering provided by a hosting provider or reseller that is separately agreeing to provide you with remote access to the Licensed Software ("Reseller") and (ii) related software components, which may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic, user manuals or other documentation ("Documentation"). The remote provision of the Licensed Software by the Reseller is referred to herein as the "Services".
