These Order Contract Terms together with the Terms and Conditions of Agreement & Individual Contracts comprise the contractual provisions which apply to all Orders that are entered into between the Customer/End User and the Supplier and which govern the provision of Equipment, Maintenance and Consultancy Services and/or Managed Print Service to the Customer/End User.
