THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 04th day of August, 2021, by and between the CITY OF FERNLEY, a municipal corporation within the State of Nevada whose address is 595 Silver Lace BLVD, Fernley, Nevada 89408 (the “City”), and KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, Inc., whose address is 6671 Las Vegas BLVD South, Suite 320, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119 (“Contractor”).
