For the purposes of this agreement, the Member (the “Member”) is the EHYC Member and owner, or the deemed owner of the Yacht moored at EHYC 5750 Eagle Harbour Road, West Vancouver, V7W 1P5 (the “Premises”), and, for the purpose of liability the term Member includes the Member’s accompanying family and guests. This agreement is between the Member and EHYC, including its Members, agents, employees and volunteers. The term “deemed Member” is for use in those circumstances when a Yacht is not owned directly by the Member but is owned or controlled through an intermediary such as a corporation or trust.
