The BLINN COLLEGE DISTRICT herein referred to as “Blinn and College Station ISD (herein referred to as the “School District’) enter the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for the creation of College Preparatory Courses in Mathematics and English Language Arts (herein referred to as “College Preparatory Courses”) as of 2020-2022 The “College” and “IHE” is the institution of higher education. Collectively the parties are referred to as “Parties.”
