Sales Terms and Conditions M201 1. Agreement. 1.1. Agreement. These Sales Terms and Conditions M201 (“Terms”) have been incorporated by reference into a quotation, sales confirmation, sales order, contract, agreement or other written instrument issued or signed by an authorized employee of Seller (each, a “Sale Document”) regarding the sale of products (“Products”) and provision of related services (“Services”). These Terms and the Sale Document issued by Seller to Buyer shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement.” 1.2. Precedence.
