This Agreement is made effective as of ofFebruary 15, ___________, 2013_ by and between Universities Research Association, Inc., a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation, of 1111 19th Street, N.W. Suite 400, Washington, District of Columbia 20036, and the United States Large Hadron Collider Users Association, 1111 19th Street, N.W. Suite 400, Washington, D.C. 20036, a District of Columbia cooperative association. The party who is contracting to receive services shall be referred to as “USLUA” and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as “URA.”
