This Release Agreement APPLIES TO BOTH THE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN (”Legal Guardian”) AND THE MINOR PARTICIPANT (“The Minor”) named in this Agreement. The terms “We” and “Our” refer to both Legal Guardian and the Minor and remain enforceable even if only one Party signs the Agreement. We agree and acknowledge that by participating in the IFSA Junior Freeride (”event”) and/or any associated activities and/or any mountain activities at Mt.
