ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, GUIDEBOOKS and SERVICE GUIDES, (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE PUBLICATIONS”) PROVIDED ON CLARITY TELECOM, LLC DBA VAST BROADBAND (“VAST BROADBAND”)’S WEBSITE, AS MODIFIED FROM TIME-TO-TIME, ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN TO THE EXTENT EACH IS APPLICABLE TO THE SERVICE(S) PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, AS IF THOSE DOCUMENTS ARE SET FORTH ORIGINALLY HERE.
