The special conditions set forth in the Sales Agreement (“Special Conditions”) and the present general conditions of sales (“General Conditions”), the former taking precedence over the latter in case of divergence, together form the contract (“Contract”) between EDENRED and the CLIENT. The definitions provided in the Special Conditions apply equally to the General Conditions and vice versa. The Contract fully and exclusively governs the contractual relationship between EDENRED and the CLIENT who expressly accepts the General Conditions and who renounces, without any reservation, to its own general conditions, under whatever denomination and whatever the moment of their transmission to EDENRED.
