This Contract (the “Contract”) is made and entered into at Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, effective from July 1, 2018, by and between Shelby County Board of Education, operating as Shelby County Schools, 160 S. Hollywood Street, Memphis, Tennessee, 38112 (hereinafter referred to as “SCS”), and Porter-Leath, located at 3400 Prescott Road, Memphis, TN 38118 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). This Contract will be in effect for one year and is subject to change annually based on identified indicators from the community assessment and other Contractor requirements for providing such Services.
