This End User License and Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Elster AMCO, Inc., a Florida corporation,("Elster AMCO"), and ("End User"). This Agreement provides the terms and conditions under which Elster AMCO authorizes and licenses End User's use of the Equipment, Licensed Software, and Related Documentation, as those terms are defined below. Elster AMCO requires End User to execute this Agreement prior to delivery of any Equipment, Licensed Software or Related Documentation to End User by an authorized Elster AMCO distributor ("Distributor").
