This Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement"), effective between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021, is entered into by and between the City of Boise City ("City"), through the Boise Police Department ("BPD"), and J o i n t Sc h ool Di s t r i c t N o . 2 , doi ng b u s i ne s s a s the West Ada School District ("District"). The City, BPD, and the District are collectively referred to as the "parties" and individually as "party."
