This agreement provides the terms and conditions of the Account Agreement ("Agreement") governing your account(s) at any of the following banking presences, as applicable: (i) Banco de Bogota S.A. Miami Agency (“Miami Agency”): or (ii) Banco de Bogota S.A. New York Agency (“New York Agency”) (each of which, as applicable, shall be referred to herein as the “Agency” or “Bank”), as well as the products and services that the Bank may provide to you from time to time.
