This Amendment (“Amendment”), to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Contract No.: 405-200-13-1 (“Contract”), between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and Ferrellgas (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,”is effective on the last date signed by both parties. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
