This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between R & C Concrete, 3211 So. 7th St., Suite D, Lincoln, NE 68502 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated February 23, 2021 executed under City Executive Order No. 95293, and County Contract C-21-0124, dated March 2, 2021, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 9, 2021, for Unit Price - Pavement/Concrete Services, Bid No. 21-003, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
