This Manetu, Inc. Master Services Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Manetu, Inc. (“Manetu”) and the person or entity (“You” or “Subscriber”) indicating their acceptance of this Agreement and identified in the applicable Order Form (as defined below). By signing an Order Form referencing these Terms or by clicking “ACCEPT”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and that you are legally binding the Subscriber to this Agreement.
