This Managed Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on Contract Start Date defined in the Order Form (the “Effective Date”) between Glasskube OS GmbH with a place of business at Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 8, 1020 Vienna (“Company”), and the Customer listed in the Order Form (“Customer”). This Agreement includes and incorporates the above Order Form, the attached Managed Services Licensing Terms, as well as the Gerneral Terms and Conditions (available online under https://glasskube.eu/en/gtc/) and contains, among other things, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations and use limitations. There shall be no force or effect to any different terms of any related purchase order or similar form even if signed by the parties after the date hereof.
