THIS LEASE OF PROPERTY (“Lease”) is made by and between THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through THE SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE (the “Secretary” or the “Government”) and Name, w dba, a limited liability company created under the laws of the state of State, with offices located at address (“Lessee”). The Government and the Lessee may sometimes be referred to jointly as the “Parties,” and each separately may be referred to as a “Party.”
