The Customer named on the All-Mode Communications, Inc. Business Service Order Agreement and All-Mode Communications, Inc. “All-Mode” agree that the terms and conditions on the All-Mode Communications Inc. Service Order Agreement and these terms and conditions constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) for the provision of the Services selected by Customer and designated on a Service Order. Services may include All-Mode Communications, Inc Business and Hospitality commercial digital voice services, including enhanced voice, toll free and trunk services (“Voice”) (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”).
