This agreement is made effective for general use of computers at the school site and upon receipt of a 1:1 laptop computer between the AGWSR Community School District (AGWSR), the student receiving a Device (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a device, software, and related materials (the “Device”) for use while a student at AGWSR Community School District, hereby agree as follows:
