This Agreement shall be for a term of four (4) years with effect from 2016 January 01 to 2019 December 31, both dates inclusive. Should either party hereto at any time within four (4) months immediately preceding the date of expiry of this Agreement by written notice require the other party hereto to commence collective bargaining, or should the parties be deemed to have given notice under Section 46 of the Labour Relations Code this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and neither party shall make any change or alter the terms of this Agreement until:
