This document is intended to serve as a sample service subscription agreement (the "Subscription Agreement") to be entered into between a credit provider and a credit reference agency ("Credit Reference Agency") that has been selected under the new Credit Reference Agency selection regime of the Industry Associations, currently being the Hong Kong Association of Banks ("HKAB"), The DTC Association (The Hong Kong Association of Restricted Licence Banks and Deposit-taking Companies) ("DTCA") and the Hong Kong S.A.R. Licensed Money Lenders Association Ltd. ("LMLA")(the "Industry Associations"). The association(s), entity(ies) and/or corporate(s) that form the Industry Associations are listed in Appendix 1 of the Framework (as defined below), and may change from time to time.
