(the “Effective Date”) is made and entered into by and among AUTONEUM NORTH AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 29293 Haggerty Road, Novi, MI 48377 (“Autoneum”) and , a , having its principal place of business at (the “Supplier”). For purposes of this Agreement, Autoneum and the Supplier are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”. This Agreement shall apply to each Party’s respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint venture companies.
