This Automated Response Technology (ART) Program (Program) Provider Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGCE), a California corporation, and the signatory party below (Provider), referred individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The purpose of this Agreement is to contract with third party “Providers” to implement the Program in accordance with PGCE’s Schedule E-ART tariff (E-ART Tariff), and as may be modified from time to time by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and currently posted at Tariffs (pge.com).‌‌‌‌‌
