Harbor Development, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company (“Owner”) and the slip holder named below (“Slip Holder”). Slip Holder desires to lease from Owner the boat slip identified below (the “Slip”) for berthing of the vessel described below (the “Boat”) at Owner’s marina facility located at Ridgeland, MS, and commonly known as “Main Harbor Marina” (the “Marina”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In consideration of the rent and other charges to be paid to Owner by Slip Holder, the mutual promises contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, Owner and Slip Holder agree as follows:
