THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made at the place and on the date set out in Schedule I hereunder between the Borrower(s) (as defined hereinbelow) and Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited), a company under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 5th Floor, Building No. 27, KG Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001 and having Corporate Identity Number: L65922DL2005PLC136029 (hereinafter referred to as the “Lender”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the subject, context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include its executors, successors and assigns).
