These terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) govern Fingerhut Choice Plus. Fingerhut Choice Plus is a program brought to you by Fingerhut (collectively “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”). Purchase or use of any membership in Fingerhut Choice Plus (“Membership”) at any time subjects the purchaser or user (“you,” “your,” “yours,” “Member”) to the provisions of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.
