We refer to the recent discussions between [Partner name] (“[Partner Name]” or “you”) in connection with the introduction of potential clients to GetGround (“GetGround” or “we”). We have agreed with you that you may offer third parties (“Customers”) the ability to create UK limited companies to invest in property on our platform (the “Product”) to receive the benefits associated with use of our Product. In return for the introduction of Customers to the Product we have agreed we pay you a commission in accordance with these terms (the “Relationship”). The purpose of this letter is to set out the terms of our agreement (the “Agreement”).
