This Agreement includes general provisions applicable to all transactions. It also contains the grant mechanism in the instances where the NRPB is granting moneys to the beneficiary for Assets and Non-Structural Repairs. Clauses 2 and 6 are only applicable in such instances should otherwise be deleted if not applicable.
