The undersigned hereby applies for and/or accepts associate membership in the California Cotton Ginners & Growers Association, a California nonprofit corporation. The undersigned approves and agrees to observe and be bound by the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws, rules and regulations of the Association now or hereafter in effect, and the undersigned further acknowledges his/its understanding that as an associate member, the undersigned shall have no voting rights in the Association and the undersigned further acknowledges his/its awareness that as an associate member the undersigned shall not be eligible to serve as a Director or officer of the Association.
