This Gateway Marker Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, (“City”), Johns Creek Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc., a Georgia Non-Profit Corporation, (“CVB”), and Urban Catalyst Lab, Inc., a Georgia Non-Profit Corporation, (“UCL”). The City, CVB and UCL are collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
