This COMMON UNIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of July 1, 2014 (this “Agreement”), is by and between REGENCY ENERGY PARTNERS LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Regency”), and ETE COMMON HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Purchaser”).
