All software and software as services provided by NETiKA BS are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) and those of the Product Order (together the "Agreement”) which are agreed to by the Customer, on the one hand, and NETiKA BS, a company incorporated under Belgian Law, duly registered at the BCE under N°0452.951.495, with its registered office at 1300 Wavre, 27 avenue Zénobe Gramme, Belgium (“NETiKA BS”) on the other hand. NETiKA BS reserves the right to update the GTC at any time without stating a reasons. The updated GTC shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customers two weeks after their communication without objection from the Customer.
