The purpose of this document is to set forth the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that apply to your Independent Associate relationship with Isagenix Canada ULC and/or any of its affiliates (“Isagenix” or “Company”). Once your application is submitted to and accepted by Isagenix, an agreement is created between you and Isagenix. Accordingly, you understand and agree as follows:
