This data processing addendum (“DPA”) shall be incorporated into, and form part of, the agreement between Blue Prism Limited or Blue Prism Software, Inc., as applicable (“Blue Prism”), and Customer that governs Customer’s use of the Services, whether such agreement is concluded online or in a written agreement (the “Agreement”), to the extent applicable under the terms of the Agreement.
