THIS AGREEMENT (herein "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between CITY OF BURLINGTON a Washington municipal corporation (herein "City") and BURLINGTON-EDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 100, (herein "District") pursuant to the authority granted by law including but not limited to Chapter 39.34 RCW, INTERLOCAL COOPERATION ACT.
