This End Customer Agreement (this “Agreement”) is the main agreement between Dedrone Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 45662 Terminal Drive, #110, Sterling, VA, USA, 20166 (“Dedrone”) and the end customer and user of Dedrone’s products (“Customer”). If Customer registers for a free trial or Proof of Concept (POC), then this Agreement will also govern the free trial or POC.
