This Settlement and Release Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dawn Food Products, Inc. (“Defendant”), and Alric Howell, Telly Wilson and Tylisha Allen (“Plaintiffs”) both individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, in the case of Howell, et al. v. Dawn Food Products, Inc., No. 2020-CH-02635 (Cir. Ct. of Cook Cty., Illinois), currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Chancery Division (the “Litigation”). Defendant and Plaintiffs are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
