The United Nations Development Program (hereafter referred to as the UNDP), a subsidiary organ of the United Nations, an intergovernmental organization established by Treaty, having its headquarters in New York, USA; and the Forum Global of Associations of Regions (hereafter referred to as FOGAR), established in March 2007 on the occasion of the 1st International Convention for a Territorial Approach to Development organized in Marseille, France, and legally incorporated on 1st September 2008 as a not-for-profit association under French law having its head office based in Rennes (France); UNDP and FOGAR are hereafter jointly known as “the Parties”.
